Cross-Country Ski Lessons for Adults
Outdoors
Lessons are taught in French.
Each adult cross-country skiing lesson focuses on a specific aspect of this winter sport, from a simple introduction to endurance and perfecting your technique.
CONTENT OF THE LESSONS
- Introduction (beginners): Develop proper and safe techniques and acquire basic cross-country skiing skills in a recreational, fun and dynamic environment. Duration : 1 hr 30 min
- Nature Discovery and Practice (intermediate): Take time to cross-country ski in a group with our certified Ski de fond Québec instructor, who is also a biodiversity specialist. You'll improve your technique while making nature observations. Duration : 2 hrs
INCLUDED
- Cross-country skis;
- Boots;
- Poles.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
- Reservation required. Reservations are done online via our calendar.
- Online payments by credit card only.
GOOD TO KNOW
- There is a maximum of 8 people per reservation.
- It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes early so that the lesson may start on time.
- Please note that a reservation may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions (for example, if the wind chill factor drops the temperature to -28°C or lower). If this is the case, GUEPE will contact you no later than one hour before the class is scheduled to begin.
- There is a fee to park in the nature parks. For more information, please visit the City of Montréal's Website.
