Interpretives Activities at the Pavillon du Saint-Laurent

Our nature educators will be at the Pavillon du Saint-Laurent (St. Lawrence Pavilion), with a varied program of nature interpretation activities, to help you discover the beauty of the flora and fauna of the Boisé du Quai, as well as the unique environment of the St. Lawrence River estuary! Expect a wide range of educational and entertaining activities for the whole family. Activity themes vary from week to week.

Please note that activities are generally held in French.

SCHEDULE

May 31 to June 30:

• Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Biodiversity Break - Presentation of various natural elements of the region by a nature educator.

July 1st to August 23 :

• Wednesday to Friday, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Biodiversity Kiosk - With an incredible discovery table filled with artifacts, GUEPE nature educators will reveal the region's biodiversity in all its forms

July 6 to August 31 :

• Saturday, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Forest Rally - Set off in search of the various nature riddles located in and around the Boisé du Quai wooded area! An autonomous family activity that can take 30 to 45 minutes.
• Sunday, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Nature Under the Magnifying Glass - GUEPE nature educators will lend you equipment to capture and identify a variety of insects and other small creatures that lurk just about everywhere, in long grass, in the forest or at the water's edge.

Du 1er septembre au 27 octobre :

• Sunday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Biodiversity Break - Presentation of various natural elements of the region by a nature educator.
