guide will spark curiosity by exploring natural phenomena around us. Manipulate and experiment using all your senses in order to learn about nature's mysteries and treasures directly from your classroom!

2 workshops ... $130 per class

Discover the wealth of your everyday environment through a nature interpretation workshop. This activity can take place in any desired location because our naturalists are able to uncover nature’s treasure just about anywhere!
The Mystery of Professor Sensational
Sensational, the science nut, needs the help of field naturalists with all 5 senses sharpened in order to help him regain a lost thought, and uncover the mysteries that ensure the survival of animals in nature.
Animals in a Fur Coat
Identify mammals living in the city and discover what abilities allow them to adapt to the urban jungle. The grey squirrel, the raccoon, the striped skunk, and even the little brown bat have what it takes to amaze you.
Insects in Action
Let yourself be transported into the creeping crawling and active word of insects. It is a world where the metamorphoses and adaptations of various critters to their natural world will astonish you at every turn.

Many bird species try to outdo each other in adapting to the urban environment. These often neglected birds have developed original ways to find their food and raise their young. Discover the ingenuity of our feathered neighbors.

The world of plants never stops changing with the rhythm of the seasons and throughout the years. Trees reveal many secrets to those who observe the signs of growth and life. Learn to read the story told from their roots to the tips of their leaves.
Hidden Life in a Marsh (May to October)
To satisfy your inner explorer, the creatures of the marsh will leave their moist environments in order for you to grasp the wealth and diversity of their natural habitat. Our nature guide will familiarize you with the inhabitants of this ecosystem in all their forms as well as their adaptations.
Our Planet Rocks!
Where do rocks and minerals come from? How were they formed? The earth’s structure, fossils, and the classification of minerals will no longer hold any secrets for you!
Earth loses rotation
Climate change is a hot topic, and everyone can participate in the solution. Explore this problem in an animated and interactive fashion in order to help slow the green house effect and discover other natural phenomena occurring on earth.
